Aerials

Circus Aerials or Aerial Arts are dance, technique, strength and fitness combined to create a beautiful acrobatic dance in the air with the support of an apparatus. Students learn knots, flips, hangs and strength poses in silks and hawks, hangs, poses and conditioning in Lyra. All in a comfortable environment using properly developed progressions for safety.

***We are fully insured, trained and only teach skills that students are physically prepared to succeed in. Our classes are safe and progressive.

Experienced Aerialists - To register for intermediate or advanced classes please contact info@enlairacademy.com to book a 30 minute assessment to be placed in the correct class.
